I just wanted to thank you for doing such a great job in filming virtual tours of two of my listings, one in Saco and the other in South Portland. My sellers both were just thrilled at how well the tour showed off their property, and I am even more thrilled. For my listing in Saco, I received many calls from all over the country inquiring about the property. One family came because of the virtual tour, found that the land didn't work for them because they wanted horses and the land was too wooded. But, they found another property, and we closed on that one in 30 days!!
   Another family came from Arizona, after viewing the virtual tour and bought the property from me!! I have four more buyers that are coming into town to look for property. So, thanks, Russ!!!
   I am beginning to get calls on my South Portland property after two weeks!! I know that I will sell this one myself also!!
Keep up the good work, and I will be calling you when I list my next property…

I just wanted to let you know that the virtual tour you did for me was a resounding success. My seller clients loved it, and within 3 days of it going on the net, I had a call from a young couple who had seen it, loved the inside, and wanted to see the house. Two days later, we were under contract, and went to closing. I certainly couldn't ask for a better response than that! I would recommend virtual tours for anyone who is looking to provide a higher level of service to seller clients, and I would certainly recommend you, as your professionalism made the presentation top-flight.
